Translation is both a core concept and a constant practice in my work. I have written extensively on this subject and translated key texts in the field of the Humanities.

Most of my translation work involves Portuguese and English. My current research project at the Instutite of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon includes the translation and edition of colonial sources from Umbundu into these languages.
